here's the thing, i am like in tears most of the time i'm looking on front of the mirror nowadays.
yes~this time i am super serious. my ass are bigger for now.
like almost all my pants are gettin tighter since i bought all of 'em in S size?
the reasons are :
- sookyee stopped the hardcore of working out since SPM.
- sookyee is sitting in front if the comp like 85673647654 hours every single day causes the ass to get bigger.
- sookyee is eatin supper every night.
- sookyee is too lazy and reduces to only 200times of hulahoop per day.
- sookyee stopped doing situps
- sookyee is 24hours crunching junk in her mouth.
of course i couldnt get rid of biscuits and bread (fattening)
I WILL TRY!!!!!!!:(
- no more supper for me (no food after 7p.m.) food food go away~
- yoga AT LEAST 30mins everyday
- blow all those food illusions from my brains
- when i feel hungry, the best way : EAT FRUITS
- stand for 30mins after meal
- oat and bread for bfast ♥ rice for lunch ♥ homecooked salad for dinner
- hulahoop hardcore!
alright~maybe sometimes i would "curi tulang" and sip some choc drinks or a lil junk food
